Kustom Signal Mounting Brackets

Does any one know of an aftermarket, indicator and antenna mounting bracket for Kustom Signal equipment? We are looking for a dash mount bracket that will mount the indicator on top of the dash above the instrument cluster or anywhere along the dash. Thank you.
