convert Saber uhf to Saber vhf

I have a Sber UHF with a 6D core and a Saber VHF with a 5D core.
The problem is I need a Sber VHF with 6D core. How can I do this?
Can I use the old tunig parameters?

Sorry Tim, it's never gonna happen. You can't convert a VHF to UHF or vice versa ,the modules size is completely different on the VCO module.
