Help with Astro RSSI

Hi all can any one help with RSSI for the Astro Saber the radio is 450 to 520MHz I want to use Voting some one told me I Need to Setup The RSSI to make to Work can any one help with Setting this UP

I asked before what that option does, is there a detailed explanation of the voting feature?

To quote Motorola:

"When in a Voting Scan Conventional dispatch system, several repeaters re-broadcast the same transmission simultaneously on different frequencies; the radio is then able to select the strongest/clearest signal. Therefore, this setting/threshold defines when the best signal is strong enough for the radio to unmute. If no Voting Scan – Scan List Member exceeds the threshold, then the channel with the highest RSSI value is selected for unmuting. "
