GP350 VHF problem

GP350 VHF problem

I have a friends GP350 that I thought had a programming error(wrong pl or frequencey),but it will not transmit or recieve on channel 15 all others seem to be fine. Any ideas ?

Perhaps channel 15 is programmed as the SCAN channel?
Aww screw it. I didn't wanna fool with it anymore anyhow.

I think I found it ! Channel 13 was also showing as 15 and I changed this and for now its fine. I had thought maybe the channel selector had gone to the bad.
Channel 16 is scan on this GP.
