have found the Rugged Rhino from Tessco to be junk in past experiences.Looking for something decent and price wise.

I have had good results with several installations of the Antenna Specialists ASP2010. Not a super heavy duty antenna but much more rugged and a better performer that the Ringo. For a heavy duty tower installation I like the DB Products DB212-2.
The ASP2010 is field tunable so it is good to keep in stock for an emergency replacement.

If you have the space on a tower, you might look at using
a folded dipole type antenna from one of the several
companies that make them. Just remember that this type
of antenna requires it to be mounted to a a metal pipe or
tower to function properly.
You can sometimes find these used from some of the
radio shops or paging companies. They take a little work,
but can be raised up in frequency to be used on the ham
6 meter band.
