HELP With Signal input for ASTRO RSSI Aligning

Can any one help me. I need to know the RF Signal input
For RSSI Aligning
on a ASTRO SABERIII 450-520MHz

OR IF some one has the ASTRO Saber Software User's Guide can you please look Up (RSSI Aligning) the RF Signal input I need will be in the book

Thanks for you help Yes the menu is F2-F3-F2

I also have the Astro Saber detailed service manual I can not find
Any reference to RSSI for a detailed service manual it was a big wast of money.
I have the Quantar RSS user's Guide and it has the RF Signal input form the signal Generator
To the radio. I don't think it the same. RF Signal input.? With Your Astro Saber RSS user's
manual has it Got any reference for RSSI at all?


Some one must know the RF Signal input form the signal Generator to the radio so please help me

* Press [TAB] [ENTER] or [RETURN] to select a field.

* Set the RF test generator to the first receive frequency +150 Hz. Set the RF level at the radio standard antenna port to 4.0 uv with no modulation.

* Adjust the up/down arrow keys to obtain a peak value in the RSSI field. [F4] must be pressed to obtain each RSSI reading after adjustment.

* Press [F8] to program the new softpot value.

* Repeat for the remaining frequencies.

You are tuning the front end varactors - not normally required unless the RF board has been repaired or replaced.
