astro saber buzz on tx.

I have 2 astro sabers VHF both with the same flashcode and model # and have the same codeplug data in them. One (1meg version) has a buzz on the tx signal but only when using pl or dpl. The buzz is not there in digital or in secure. the other one a 512k version works fine.

Any ideas ?? I have taken apart and made sure that all the screws are tight and the case is also tight too.
