Just want to confirm that the Jedi/HT1000 style speaker-mics can be used on an XTS3000 without any problems?

Thanks!

Yes, the NMN6193 and NMN6191 speaker mics are the correct speaker mic for the XTS series. However, if a public safety mic is required, the XTS series is not compatible with the NMN6228. The XTS series requires an NMN6247 speaker mic with NTN8327 RF adapter.

Great! Thanks for the reply! What about the programming cable? Same as the HT1000/Jedi series, right?

Yeah they are the same apart from the Jedi PSM Public Saftey Mic....we had to learn it the hard way.
We were told by Motorola that the Jedi PSM were compatible with the XTS3000 but it never worked so we had to sell over 100 Jedi PSMs for a reduced price to little businesses.
Have fun....XTS3000s are one of the best radios.
