Astro saber III programming ?????????? Help !!

Hi all, I'm new to programming, but will RSS 6.5 program my astro saber III ? (I got a question asked from a buyer)

Heres the info on the radio, tell me if it will work or not, thanks.

RSS 6.5 will only program a radio that has been programmed with 6.5 or OLDER. If the radio has been programmed already with something higher than 6.5 you will get a codeplug error message when reading the radio.
