well lets start of by saying I AM not asking for any cps
i want to know is there any thing change from 10.00.00 to 12.00.00 ?

I did a quick search for the version 11 release notes but I didn't come up with anything

Surprisingly, Motorola doesn't release new major revisions of CPS without making some fairly significant changes to the CPS itself. You'll also discover that Astro25 CPS is synced with firmware revisions... if you have an R12 firmware radio, you're fairly certain to need R12 CPS to program it (older versions don't understand the newer features).
