Need help on Astro Saber

First of all is a vselp astro saber capable of digital voice?If so im am having trouble getting one to decode another(recieving nothing).This is a digital simplex channel i am trying to set up.Any information would be appreciated.

Is the other radio you are trying to communicate with a VSELP radio or is it IMBE? The 2 won't talk to each other that way. If they are both VSELP then make sure you have all the Digital/Astro options programmed for the same setting in both radios.
