IFR1500 Transmit Power Reading

IFR1500 Transmit Power Reading

Recently noticed a problem with my 1500 where it will not read the power transmitted into it.

I traced the problem to the Power termination module. Pulling the module, I found the AT1 component literally fried. Heavy black scorching was visible (pictures available if desired). Guess whoever had it before me either hit it with too much RF or exceeded the derating curve of the module.

Anyhow, before I call IFR, anyone give me an idea of how much this component might run. Does IFR carry it? Any other source carry it?
