Replacement transistors

Post by Paul Nelson »

Hi Everyone, I'm looking for the following Motorola transistors: M9649, M9713, M9707, M9706, M9648 and M9807. I've searched the internet and asked dealers and no one seems to have them. None of the replacement companies like NTE even list them. Anyone have an idea?

Those are "internal" Motorola part numbers. They wouldn't mean anything to anyone else, and I've never found anywhere to cross them. Your local Motorola dealer can help, provided they are willing to do so.

I've still got 10 each of the M9649 and M9648, and the M9807 is still orderable from Mot as p/n 4800869807 for $4.18 ea. list.
Probably the best place to find the other three is an MSS that's been in business for a long time.
