RE; R2200 HELP

Hello guys
I have R2200A service monitor that needs the power supply rebuilt.
The problem that I am having in rebuilding this is crossing Q1and Q2.
the service manual that i have list those parts as 48-80390A65.
It also has M90A65 stamped on the transistor. I am also looking for
a cross for Q3 and Q4 which seems to be F.E.T transistors. The part
number for those are as follows 48-80390A66. And there's one more
that i think will get this running and it is Q11 which is 48-869806.
I have tried getting Motorola to part ID these and they could not.
Does anyone have any resources on how I can find these parts or
at least sub them?

Did you try ordering them from Motorola with those part numbers?

Yes I did try to order from Motorola with there part number.
They tell me that they don't carry those parts any more.
I also checked with a few obsolete parts web sites and none
of those guys have nothing that I could use.

If you called your local dealer - they didn't try very hard.

Ok I think TSTR M9806 was one that i could not find to
cross anything to. All others are able to cross with NTE.
So i guess this one I can only get from Motorola?

No,

you should have been able to order the original replacements from someone other than Motorola, like Digi-key, although Moto's price isn't bad.

Part numbers MJE16002 and IRF530 are fairly standard and should have datasheets. They may cross reference into NTE, but you will be paying more for a re-labeled NTE part.
