Need info on flash code for xts3000

Need info on flash code for xts3000
I was wondering what type of sytem i will be able to use with this flash code from a xts3000 5910084f1e009. will it do type 2 astro apco-25 or what this is new stuff to me. my county is going to 500 digitial system and i want to know is this radio will work on the system, the system is in burlington co. nj,

A lot of radios seem to have that particular flash code these days. I don't know why, either.
It's too bad there isn't one perfect flashcode that could accomodate APCO-25 trunking, APCO-16 trunking, Analog Smartnet trunking, and conventional Analog and Digital frequencies all at the same time. Digital ID display wouldn't be bad either.
I don't know too many people or agencies who really need all of that other crap. Stuff like MODAT, OTAR, OTACS. All of that. Save some flashcode space and keep it simpler... It'd make a hell of a scanner!
