XTS3000 Radio Service Software Manual

Does anyone know if the Motorola Radio Service Software Manual has instructions on how to program the XTS3000 radio? I am aware the CPS has a tutorial in the help topics but maybe there is something on the web that anyone knows out there. Any information would be appreciated.

I forgot to add in the radio is a XTS3000 Model I 403-470mhz if anyone can help out with that codeplug?
