XTL1500 channel move

XTL1500 channel move

I want to rearrange the channels in a XTL1500. I right click the channel name and get a move to window. I select the new channel number and click OK. The channel does not move or it moves and then moves back to original place. How do you move the channel position? I am using only one zone.
