MTR 2000
100 watt Mtr 2000 old frequency works fine at 152.330 tx but when I change it to 154.190 it does not repeat. The RX frequency is still the same. Are there frequencies it just does not like?

RX frequency is the same as what? 154.190? 152.330? Can you specify the old TX/RX pair and your new TX/RX pair as to avoid confusion please.Sammyfhill wrote:100 watt Mtr 2000 old frequency works fine at 152.330 tx but when I change it to 154.190 it does not repeat. Won't repeat if RX=TX frequency. That would make it a base station. Also, if you have a duplexer you will have to retune it if you change either RX or TX frequency.

I'm betting the duplexer didn't get retuned.
