PURC 5000 VHF high power - need SM

Good morning,

Looking for a hard or soft copy of the VHF high power PURC 5000 manual. Troubleshooting a low power output. Seeing 4w out of the driver. I seem to remember it's supposed to be up around 11, but can't confirm without the manual. There's a metering jack under the cover, but again, I don't know what I should be seeing there.

With it all hooked up, I don't see PA ON, PA FULL led's. Goes right into PA cutback alarm.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
