ASTRO 25 Site Repeater

xmo, in the R3 for the Quantar repeater there is an EHN: "ASTRO 25 Site Repeater," and it is option "X591AA." It costs $7400. Do you know what in the heck this feature/option is?

It is for SZ6 ASTRO25 trunking. The existing "Intellirepeater" product is for SZ2/3/4 systems - circuit switched / channel bank architecture.

The new option is "Intellisite Repeater" . These Quantars connect to a widget at the site which communicates to the IP based infrastructure.
