What is this?...NTN 5560C

It looks like some sort of audio accesory adapter for genesis series MT1000/HT600 etc. it has a round compact 6 cond f/m connector on it, looks like the acc connector on an expo, or a keyloader connector or ?????? thanks, RDO

It's called a Hirose adapter. It is used
to connect surveillance earpiece/microphone accessories to the radio.
