syntor x9000 low band help

guys i have a funny one here.

i have a low band drawer that powers up the control head, but does not display any alpha characters or light the "scan" "MPL" "DIR" red colored lights either.

i've swapped control heads, no luck fixing the problem....

anyone seen this before???

Never heard of that. Did you try a different control cable?
