Saber Si

Post by jmikottis »

I was wondering if the controller bord from an Astro Saber 3 would fit in a Saber Si.
The Saber Si is non digital and looks like the Astro Saber III.
I have a Saber Si Model No H03UCH6PW9AN 800Mhz.
Thanks

I really don't think so. If I remember correctly the cases are different sizes. I Think the astro saber is a bit taller to incorporate the encryption modules. Much like you could tell a secure from non-secure saber by how tall it was.

Astro Board

Nope won't work, structure and size is different. SI is based on the MTS series board... which is why in desperation you can use it to program an SI but it needs some adjustments in the setup to work most of th SI features.
