How do I delete/add channels to scan lists from front keypad

I have a Systems Saber III (VHF)that was programmed for "User Initiated Scan" which, if I understand the RSS, means that I can add/delete channels in a scan list using the front keypad. I do not know the sequence for doing this through the keypad since I do not have an operating manual for this radio. Can someone explain the procedure for adding/deleting channels from a scan list using the keypad? Does anyone have a scanned copy of the operating manual for this radio they are willing to e-mail me?
