Don't forget the DIU3000 in terms of firmware required to support the UCM encryption module!

I had to upgrade mine to the latest DIU firmware in order to support the new UCM. And, it wasn't cheap! Also, it was a bit of a wait as the chips come from Israel and Motorola doesn't seem to keep 'em in stock in the USA. (The DIU3000 firmware involves replacing two EPROMs, as opposed to just software, whenever you upgrade the firmware.)
