HT-1250 gives an error when attempting to read radio

Hello! I am attempting to program my new HT-1250 via the version 3 RSS. When reading, the program stops about halfway through and tells me something about block 39 existing in the image, but not in the layout, and then it stops attempting to read the radio. Does anyone know what the problem is? Is it my RSS version??

You are right, it is most likely your CPS version (And the firmware version in your radio). If you upgrade to the current release of CPS you should be OK.
