Flashcode Help Needed

I'd like to get an XTS3000 for use on our local county system. The county's current radios all have the following:

500004-000000-5:
Q806/G806 IMBE / APCO-25 Digital Operation
H14/G114 Digital ID Display
H37/G60 Smartnet Operation

I have seen some radios advertised with the codes listed below. Can someone please help me determine if either of these radios would work on my local system:

540008-000480-6:
Q806/G806 IMBE / APCO-25 Digital Operation
H14/G114 Digital ID Display
H868/W969 Multikey Operation
H38/G51 Smartzone Operation
Q173/G173 Smartzone OmniLink Operation
Q361/G361 Digital APCO-25 IMBE Trunking (9600kb Control)

Q806/G806 IMBE / APCO-25 Digital Operation
H38/G51 Smartzone Operation

It appears that there is a difference between Smartnet and Smartzone. I don't yet know enough about Astros to know the difference here. Appreciate any assistance.

both would work.

Instead of Smarnet, though, you may have to select Smartzone- it'd still end up working the same though.

If digital ID display is that important, then you'll want the one that included that- otherwise, with either the basics are covered.
