Mic for AS3

My friend gave me a GP-38 Mic HMN9030A and I am going to modify it for my AS3 use.
I cut the HMN9030A 3.5 & 2.5 connector and connect 4 cable into the connector parts, however, only the Speaker wroking normal but I can not use the PPT from the HMN9030A.
I opened the HMN9030A and compare with the AS3 Mic NMN6128C.
I found out they are total difference inside.
Does anyone know how to modify the HMN9030A for AS3 use ?
