Tune PL/DPL in Astro Saber or HT1000?

Tune PL/DPL in Astro Saber or HT1000?

I'm nowhere near my programming equipmnt right now and can't remember if the PL & DPL can be tuned via the RSS for an AS3 or HT1000. Can they be? Thanks.
