WTB an APCO 25 800mhz radio

i am looking to buy somthing in the 800mhz APCO25 system....but i am looking for a cheaper radio....i may be crazy for asking....because i know these radios are sometimes $2000.00 :x but if anyone can help me in purchasing a radio...and if that person also programs these radios please let me know...my town has an 800mhz digital system.....and i want to follow it......
