xts 3000 with fail code 01/92 can anyone help me? what can i do. to fix the problem

This means that you have a corrupted codeplug. There are 2 ways to fix it. The cheap way (free way) is to reload a "good" copy of the radios codeplug that you (hopefully) had saved away in your hard drive, or find someone who has the exact same codeplug (ie. model number and flashcode)

I had to revive an Astro Spectra recently that had that error code. It had been interrupted during a CPS write cycle. In this case, the radio would not accept the original codeplug, it would no longer talk to the CPS. If this is the case with yours, it will require LAB software to force the original codeplug back into it.

No, it was the customer's fault for not realizing the write cycle wasn't finished.
