What radios do you own?: X9000 thru APX

Nope, need a Quantar repeater.

I have not heard of any conversions for Astro use.

NO

Securenet is 12 kbps 2 level [FSK]

Astro is 9600 bps four level [C4FM / CQPSK]

Two very different animals.
