Need W/D Turner Plus Three Mic...

I want to put a new cable with an 8-pin plug on a nice Turner Plus Three desk mic I found at a hamfest. While I could go inside and figure things out it would be much easier if I had an internal diagram of the cable connections. It also involves picking the power off of the 8-pin plug instead of using the 9V battery they stick in the underside of the base. The radio itself is an older IC3200 dualbander. (Please don't laugh.)

Can anyone please help me with this?
