Exporting Securenet Saber with bypass module

Hi there,
Is there any restriction on exporting a Securenet Saber with only bypass module installed ?

Nope. Not at all. Your not sending it to Iraq I hope. That might be
a problem....Or any of those other sand ghetto's .

Supposedly even 56 Bit DES radio's can be exported to NATO
countries. But I wouldn't do it personally. I'll just let the government
do that.......... They don't need my help.........

Nope its not for any place near the sand pit. I was assuming since DVI is exportable, bypassed securenet should be ok.
