Looking to clear the 8 dots on CC2 clock...

Post by Paramedic606 »

Our CC-II console threw an error some time ago and has since shown a red dot after each LED (8 in all). I know there is a way to acknowledge and clear this but I am not sure what...any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

P.S.- It's getting late, the clock reads 0.0..0.6..3.2. !

I believe it is hold the up arrow (shift) and hit 1 2. Then hold up arrow and hit A B

I would wonder what caused the problem before you erase the log....

Clearing the dots does not clear the log. The first time you connect to the RS232 board above the OMI/TOMI it should spit out the diags.

He can do diag 13 on each TDM to see if a particular board has faild and stayed failed.
