How to open up MTS2000 speakermic?

I like to replace the speaker inside the MTS2000 Speakermic.
Does anyone now ho to open it properly so i can replace the speaker?
Modelnumber of the mic is: nmn6193b.

You can cut it open with a dremel tool. Of course you'll never get it back together, but that's the only way I've ever found to open one. They are epoxied together and are basically considered "disposable".

Actually, they are not that bad to open. If you put the unit in a vice, right on the seam, it'll pop open quite easily. Pop one end, and then the other, and you'll be able to pull it apart. Once you've repaired / replaced what you need, they epoxy together good as new. I've saved my company countless dollars repairing as opposed to replacing them. Usually, the 8-pin connector just needs resoldering.
Now, if anyone out there can open up a sealed Maxtrax type mic (HMN1035 & the like) without wrecking it, let me know.
