Has anyone interfaced a pair of M120 2 Channel 16 pin radios with a RICK?

I have heard you must have an 8 or 16 channel radio??

Any ideas??

Thanks

Hi:

According to the Sales Book, the M120, 8 ch, 16 ch GM300 is compatable with the R*I*C*K

There are a few " Internal Jumpers" and
mods required, and that information can
be found in the manuel.

In a basic repeater setup two M120s will work, in cross band although it will not since the pins on the M120 are not RSS Programable.

The only problem that I have had with M120's as a repeater is the COS/PL/DPL detect pin is an open collector output pulling to ground. I've simply added a pull-up resistor so the High on COS is detected.
Hope that helps

My RICK module WILL work, and for a lot less cash (1/5th or less) + it includes the proper radio to interface cables built in! It is plug and play!
