I am looking to recive the ID of someone transmiting when they talk in astr mode on my radio.

What radios do you own?: X9000 thru APX

You need to have the H13? Digital ID Display option in your radio. If it is in there, then you need to turn it on in RSS. If not, then you need to purchase the option from Motorola.
