HELLO LOOKING TO SEE IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME I HAVE A UHF ASTRO SABER 1 MODEL NO.HO4RDC9PWSAN. FLASHCODE 000004-002000-2. THE RADIO IS ONLY SET FOR ANALOG OPERATIONS ONLY. LOOKING TO GET IT TO DO APCO 25 DIGITAL OPERATIONS. PLEASE EMAIL ME IF ANYONE CAN HELP. THANKS

The only way you can do that is by getting a firmware upgrade, as well as changing the flashcode in the radio.
Your best off sending the radio to motorola.
There are other ways around it, however, they all revolve around you having good current firmware, and even then, it might not work.
I would take the time and money to have the radio flashed properly to ensure good operation.
