Multiple PLs in an ASIII

How can I get multiple PL's enabled on my VHF ASIII? What I need to know is who can I go to get this done. Thanks.

Astro Saber and Astro Spectra do not support MPL function. Sorry.

If it is special I would imagine you can't use it if you have used newer RSS, probably get "codeplug too new" error.
