signal meter on my xts3000 astro mode

hi there guys how do i turn the signal meter on my xts3000 astro mode. then again i dont know for sure if there is such a feature but i think i heard about it here on the board somewhere anyway if true can somebody pin point where in the RSS DO i turn this on im using 9.5RSS.THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR ANY HELP.

I think it turns on by itself when its trunked

it can only be used when on a 9.6 apco-25 trunked network (i think) wont work on conventional systems
