Astro Saber III Scan problem

Has anybody had this problem before? I just finished programming a customers Astro Saber III and completed the scan list (just one list) and when the customer activates scan it does not stop on an active channel.

I have gone over the list and personalities to check if I enabled the correct scan list to the personalties and still no stopping on the active channels.

Any help would be most appreciated!

SIMILAR CASE TO 'RADIOREPAIR'. THAT IS I HV PROGRAM ALL SCAN LIST SAY 1 - 8 IN DIFF ZONE. BUT IT ALWAYS SCAN ON SCAN LIST 1.
