I can't tell by your photo's...but how easy was taking your roof down to install the antenna's? I have rear air in my burb and I really don't want to tackle that part of my prodject yet.

If you have the top center console, you can add an antenna easily by removing the top console (1 screw) and then sliding it out. Once its out, you will see bare metal. Works as a great antenna location.

Well, the dual band antenna and the 800 MHg antenna are not perminatly installed(the wife just wont let me drill holes yet!! I am still trying) I will have new pics soon, I have since the last pics install my TM-D700a faceplate in the center console on the roof. See the Icom install here on the boards and that is what I have done, except the 700a acually fits inside perfectly with no mounting hardware!

New pics within the next couple of weeks
