XTS3500 Model I->III make-over

The XTS3000 model III front, LCD and keypad drops on the XTS3500 model I.

The display is addressed correctly but the model I software code doesn't bother to update the "selftest" message after power up.

A donated XTS3500 H24SDH9PW5AN code plug would be helpful in making this already awesome HT into something really useful!

as far as I kow you cannot use a codeplug to upgrade the model of the radio.
