Astro Saber 1 scan list ?

Does the AS1 allow all 32 channels to be programmed and also a scan list or is it 16 channels and 1 scan list?

No.

Only 16.

or... 15 + selected channel (my recomendation)

yeah only 15 channels, plus the channel your on, is 16

Just make other channels with other scan list, thats how I do it.

I have 2 channel that are the same, I just end them with CTW and the other local, CTW for scanning all the surrounding area, and Local, of just PD and FD that are in my area.

ok i have gotten a as1 codeplug, how does it work?

I have been able to make 33 personalities

I am used to working on AS3's so i am guessing this will do up to 255 but only allow 32 programmed into 2 banks

now as far as scan lists it allows me to still make a scan list, but will it allow me to still program 32 channels in?

I think your question is:
"Can I have 32 channels, and still be able to scan?"

Yes. Set up 2 zones and set up the A/B switch as zone select. Then program zones 1 and 2. Set one of the side buttons for scan enable. You won't be able to "user program scan" but since you have RSS (I assume) you should be able to do it yourself whenever you want.

You will only be able to scan 15 + select.. not all 32.

i dont have a reason to scan all 32

I want to use bank a as recieve only and bank b as frs freg's

I just wanted to have the option to be using the frs and actually scan the public safety and buisness band.
