Programming Astro Spectra mobiles

Post by VSP5151 »

Is it possible to program the Astro Spectra with a connection to the microphone jack? We have cables that connect the RIB to the Astro Spectra mike jack but can only program from the rear power/programming connection. Would be convenient to use a front jack.

Never heard of front programming. Only way that I am aware of with the AS/Spectra's are either the 15pin port, or the 2nd DB25 port.

I have seen Spectra's KEYLOADED thru the front, but that's it.
