Adding Digital Operation to AS 1

Adding Digital Operation to AS 1

I am picking up a pair of AS 1 radios. Currently they are not flashed for any digital operation. What will it take to make them do digital whether it be imbe/ project 25 or VSELP. Or am I stuck with a Analog only radio? Thanks. The current flash code in these are 000004-002000-2 and it just tells me astro capable and smartnet operation. I am real new to astro stuff and I have never worked on them. Any info would be helpfull, thanks...

Firmware?

Host and DSP including the letter needed.... that will help me help you.

pager geek is correct, being Mod 1's you will have to read out the radio to get this info. Rof has an excallent post on astro radios he know his stuff give it a read, here is the link:
