Thank you for posting these.

The latter solves a mystery for us, involving one officer's MTS2000 portable that exhibited exactly the same behavior. One surmises that he re-programmed the radio himself to add the talkgroup scan list (all of the Department radios are programmed for Priority Monitor scan). Re-programming his portable to the Department codeplug should solve the problem.
