How do i get a model definition file i 'm trying to read a gm300 radio to see whats on it. When i try to read it says model definition file not found insert disk.

The RSS is asking for the *.MDF file. Reinstall your RSS will solve this problem.

Sometimes if you copy your RSS to hard disk and then back to floppy weird things happen to the *.mdf file for some reason.

I copied to cd then to another computer and it screwed up but when i reloaded it worked thanks again for the help.

While i'm at it why when i open gm300.mdf in hex editor it does'nt seem to show all the information or lines but when i print the file it shows way more lines of information. Anybody know. :(

Are you printing the file withen the hex editor? Which hex editor are you using?
