GM300 UHF...on all channels reception sounds as though I am just off frequency. Like when I'm tuning in my ham radio and I'm 5KHz off frequency...the GM300 is the 25KHz radio.

Would these type receive settings be controlled by software adjustment or something else. If software, where in RSS?

I used to use a maxtrac 25KHz radio and all came in clear so I know it is not a channel spacing issue.

Were you writing to the radio? Did you save the tuneing values? When we have a power-outage down here, while writing to the radio, I get the same thing. Then I have to go to the analizer & re-tune & check the whole radio...Lets see if someone else will post his comments on your problem..(radios & computers!) put them in my hands. And we can fix them right up! Chatting on a BBS, is an adventure! Ed

No - it's been like that all the time...I think it just may need a tune up.

Hi

On setting the freq. you go to the service screen F2. Select wrap adj. and set your test freq. as close +/- center freq. as you can. This sets the freq. for all channels on your radio. Next save the new setting by using F8. Sometimes you have to add +/- amounts to get it right for your radio.

Good luck
